Documents needed for offline screening exercise in the various Institutions:
- Birth certificate (BC)
- Letter of reference ( LF)- from a reputable Clergy man/Imam Lawyer / Senior Civil Servant
- High School Testimonial(HST)
- Certificate of State of Origin(CSO)
- Jamb Admission Letter(JAL) – Institution’s Copy)
- Previous Degree Certificate (PDC) -D.E Candidates
- Acknowledgement Slip (D.E Candidates )
- Original Jamb Result (OJR) – UTME candidates
- Screening Result (SR)
- POST UTME/Screening application Form (Depending on the Institution )
- Passport 12 copies ( Subject to the Institution)
- Screening form 4 copies ( this will be generated for you when screening starts. Subject to the Institution’s approach)
- Toxicology Online payment Test Receipt ( Not all Institutions require this )
- O’level certificate/ Online printout with stamp
- POST UTME/ Screening application is ongoing in most of the Institutions across the country.
- The screening/POST UTME results of some Institutions will be out in early September, some will be out by the end of the September.
- The most Transparent Institutions release Cut off Points in October
- Mid October, Institutions will begin admitting candidates & concurrently uploading names on CAPS.
- CAPS will begin changing from Mid October
- The Fast Institutions begin Online & Offline registration in early November
- Freshers begin resuming in some of the Institutions in Late November
- Late Admissions for candidates on supplementary will continue until Early 2025
- First Semester Exam (FSE): First quarter of 2025.
- As this is happening, candidates for the 2025 UTME continue in Intensive preparations for the UTME on the OJCA Citadel.
